What stood out
Buyers check how a house was built
The homes that sell are the ones where the owner did not cut corners. Buyers ask who built the house and what went into it.
The buyer is international, and often British
British buyers made up 25% of our Private Office sales above USD 10m this year. Beyond tax, the reason they give is safety.
Privacy and space carry the premium
Demand is strongest for waterfront homes and for private communities with large plots.
Well-presented homes sell in weeks
Across our Private Office listings, the average time from going live to an accepted offer was 52 days.
