Emirates International School Meadows and Dubai British School Emirates Hills are both within two kilometres, and Dubai Marina is a short drive west.

Investment Potential

Supply is fixed at 736 villas on land that cannot be extended, and the communities around it are built out. The live question on any purchase here is condition. A twenty-year-old villa may need a full renovation, and two homes in the same cluster can differ by several million dirhams on the strength of that work alone. Ask what the service charge covers and how the lakes are maintained before you commit.
